Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address and contact number. These contact details will be used for no other purpose than necessary communication during the design of your purchased products and for despatch of the finished products.
Returns
The magnetic signs we supply are custom made products and as such are exempt from the normal cancellation rights laid out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Returns will only be accepted in the case of proven manufacturing failures. In cases of a mistake in the wording or content of the signs. If a mistake has been made by us and has not been approved by the customer we will replace the signs with newly made signs with the correct content at no expense to the customer. Where the mistake has been made by the customer replacement signs will have to be paid for by the customer.
